Return Policy
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- Please be advised that all sales are final.
- No refunds, exchanges and or cancellations under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Should you need to return damaged/defective merchandise please follow the steps listed below:
- You must contact us directly via email at: info@clutchyourheelsinstyle.com to obtain a return authorization within 2 days of delivery.
- If we are not notified within 2 days of receiving the item(s), it will no longer qualify for a return.
- Please include in the subject line: Return Authorization Request + the name listed on the order.
- Include the item(s) you would like to return and the reason(s) for your return within your email. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. All tags should be attached, and the item should include its original packaging.
- We will then reply with either a return authorization or denial within 5 business days.
- Authorization must be requested in order to return the damaged/defective item(s). ONLY THEN will you be able to return it for a store credit. Once authorization has been granted, YOU MUST return the item within 5 days of receiving authorization or the item WILL NOT be accepted.
Returns and Exchanges
- No returns or exchanges will be granted on worn merchandise.
- All merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED.
- Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
Precise colors of merchandise may vary due to:
- Photography
- Clothing designs
- Computer monitor resolutions
These circumstances do not qualify as defects.
